Don't you just love the new streets?! I know we appreciate the nicely paved streets, but you may be wondering if they are going to finish what they started. Here is an update:
- Matthew Liss has contacted the DOT about cleaning up the left over asphalt from the gutters. I think we all know asphalt washed into the sewage/drainage system by the rain is not the ideal clean up method. We will wait to see if they respond to his request.
- The Cobb County Water Department is responsible for finishing the work around the manhole covers (making sure they are removable again).

Thank you!! To A. Meyer, for his monthly contributions that truly help the lawn maintenance possible on a regular basis. And, to B. Ribaldo, for his patience while we pay down our previous lawn maintenance debt. As you can see, we have just about paid off this debt. I think after the next neighborhood picnic, we should be able to have this debt completely paid off. Finally, thanks to all those who donated! We are working hard to keep the neighborhood nice.
If you wish to make a donation before that time, please make it payable to Indian Creek Homeowners Association, mailed to Laine Liss, 4184 Nashoba Dr NE, Roswell, GA 30075.
Please continue to look for notices about neighborhood get-together's this fall. Please continue to keep our subdivision looking manicured and well maintained. We want new neighbors to see why we love our neighborhood. Until then, see you around!
Laine
